Ward L. Setzer, President
Ward has over 40 years of
experience in the commercial construction business. A graduate
of North Carolina State University with a B.S. degree in Civil
Engineering, Ward worked for several quality construction
companies throughout North Carolina before joining Security
Building Company in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 1973. He
worked with Security until 1990 before joining the management
team of Trout & Riggs Construction Company. In 1991, he decided
to open his own construction company and started Patriot
Building Company. As well as running all aspects of the
business, overseeing all Estimating and Project Management, Ward
also manages several projects.
Allen Knight, Vice-President
Project Manager /
Chief Estimator
Allan has over 22
years of experience in all aspects of construction, development
and real estate management. Allen graduated in 1985
graduate from the NCSU School of Design with a degree in
Architecture, and in 1993 with a Master of Arts in Public
History. He is a licensed General Contractor and Real
Estate Broker. Allen interned with several architectural
firms then worked in management for Robuck Homes, one of the
areas largest development and construction companies. Over
the last 15 years Allen has independently developed and built a
variety of commercial and residential projects in the Chapel
Hill area. He joined Patriot Building Company in 2007, and
serves the company as Vice President, Project
Manager and Chief Estimator. Allen lives in Chapel
Hill with his wife Andrea, son Alexander and daughter Anne Marie. |
