The following is a sample of some projects that we have completed (click on any job name to see a photograph): Please click here to see our new web site complete with new project pictures   UNC Field Hockey Stadium This addition to the UNC Athletic Facility serves the UNC women’s field hockey and lacrosse teams with locker room and training facilities as well as providing stadium seating and press box facilities. This job was built in 10 months at a cost of $1.8 million. Kenan Stadium Expansion/Improvements Project Patriot along with its joint-venture partner, Miller & Long Concrete Company, completed the concrete structure package of the new football center and north sky box at Kenan Stadium. Patriot was also awarded the site work package of this construction management project. State Employees Credit Union Patriot Building Company has enjoyed a successful relationship with the State Employees Credit Union by building two new facilities in Durham and Raleigh and renovating the Smithfield branch. Wendell Community Center This brand new building is a showcase of activity for the Wendell community. It is a "pre-engineered" metal building with masonry façade. Patriot helped in value engineering this project to provide a wonderful building on a strict budget. Morrisville Fire Station #2 This brand new fire station boasts four vehicle bays and full-service support facilities for the Morrisville Fire Department and Rescue. This is a structural steel/masonry building. Hillsborough Police Station One of Patriot’s first substantial projects remains one of its proudest, the Hillsborough Police Station. This new facility, in the heart of downtown historic Hillsborough, houses all of the police force and administration. Back To Top
